What you're building
A final report (report.md), written for someone who has never seen either dataset:
- What the data is — source, scope, real size (7,189 New Orleans listings)
- At least one data-quality limitation, stated honestly, with its effect on confidence (e.g., "signals restricted to entire-home listings are the most reliable, since 5,730 of 7,189 listings are that type")
- Your findings from Lesson 03, each with a properly labeled chart and real sample sizes
- Your Stretch Challenge comparison against Asheville, including the honest account of where the comparison itself broke down
- One paragraph: the single moment your first answer turned out to be wrong, or incomplete, once checked against a different slice or a second dataset
