The Problem

The hardest consulting skill is disagreeing with the client — and doing it in a way that builds trust. When the client wants to use GPT-4 for a task where a fine-tuned smaller model would be better, or when they want to skip evaluation to ship faster, the FDE's job is to push back with evidence.
