Full-Stack Development with AI

Modern web applications end-to-end — with AI-powered features baked in

Everything you need to get hired as a full-stack developer who ships AI-powered features. React, TypeScript, Node.js, databases, APIs, authentication, testing, and cloud deployment — plus RAG chatbots, semantic search, AI-powered UI, and LLM integration patterns that make your apps smarter. Not just traditional full-stack like The Odin Project — you build AI-native applications that stand out in interviews and on the job.

~11 phases · ~60 lessons · ~60 labs · 6 projects

No prerequisites — this is a starting track.

Roles this course prepares you for

What full-stack development with AI actually is

Full-stack development with AI is the discipline of building web applications that integrate AI features — RAG chatbots, AI-powered search, intelligent recommendations — alongside traditional full-stack engineering. You work across the entire stack: React frontend, Node.js API, PostgreSQL database, and AI integration layers.

What you do every day

You build features end-to-end: database migrations, API endpoints, React components, and AI integrations. You write RAG chatbots that cite sources, implement vector search with pgvector, ship AI-powered features, and write tests for both the traditional and AI layers of the application.

Why companies hire for this

Every company wants AI features in their products. Most full-stack developers cannot build them. The gap is in vector search, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, and AI API integration. Companies need developers who can ship both the CRUD layer and the AI layer.

What this course is not

It is not a "learn to code" bootcamp. You will not spend weeks on HTML and CSS. You will build real applications with React, TypeScript, and Node.js — and you will integrate AI features that make those applications smarter. The AI layer is what makes this course different from every other full-stack course.

Common questions

When does the Full-Stack Development with AI course launch?

Targeting late 2026. Pro subscribers get access at launch at no additional cost.

What background do I need?

Basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. We cover TypeScript and React from first principles.

How is this different from a bootcamp?

No live lectures or cohorts. You learn by building real projects with labs, quizzes, and code reviews. Go at your own pace and graduate with a deployed portfolio — including AI-powered features that traditional bootcamps don't teach.

How is this different from free resources like The Odin Project?

Three things: (1) You build AI-powered features — RAG chatbots, semantic search, AI content generation — that make your portfolio stand out in 2026 interviews. Free resources teach traditional CRUD. (2) You get hands-on labs with automated feedback, quizzes, and a Defense Practice Report. (3) You learn AI-assisted development workflows with Cursor and Copilot, which is how the industry actually codes now.

Do I need a computer science degree?

No. The curriculum covers everything from HTML to system design. You need motivation and consistency, not a CS degree.

Will I learn enough to pass technical interviews?

Yes. Each phase includes interview prep, take-home practice, and system design scenarios. The final phase is dedicated to portfolio polish and interview readiness — including how to articulate AI architecture decisions.

What if I already know React or Node.js?

You can skip ahead. Phases are self-contained, and the first two are free. Start where you need the most practice — or jump to Phase 9 for the AI-powered features if your traditional full-stack skills are already solid.
